You will need:
- 16 ounces lean ground turkey, preferably Jennie-O brand
- 1 Egg
- One grated yellow onion
- Fresh parsley
- Unseasoned bread crumbs
- Salt & pepper

- Hamburger buns
- Tomato slices
- Provolone cheese
In a large mixing bowl, add the breadcrumbs, egg, strained grated onions, and fresh parsley.
Add the ground turkey and mix it with the other ingredients using a fork or your hands. Handle the meat as little as possible.

Form the mixture into four ¾-inch patties. You can use wet hands because the mixture will be sticky.
Place the patties on wax/parchment paper. Chill the patties for at least an hour before cooking.
To Grill Turkey Burgers
Ensure your grill is clean
When the grill heats up, remove the burger patties from the refrigerator and season with salt and paper before placing them over the direct heat zone.
On the indirect heat zone, add other ingredients like bacon. They will cook slowly and will be done by the time the burgers are cooked.
Brush the burgers with Worchester sauce when they are cooking.
Cook each side of the burgers for 5-6 minutes per side flipping once or twice maximum. Cook with the lid closed.
Place the cheese over the burgers during the last minute of cooking.
